Talent Project Manager

Job Summary

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise Talent initiatives including contingent workforce management, international expansion, and M&A integrations. Define scope, governance, and success metrics while coordinating cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, Technology, and business leaders. Manage project intake, prioritization, and backlog governance within the Talent Operations PMO, maintaining portfolio dashboards and executive reporting. Facilitate steering committees, status reviews, and retrospectives to drive accountability and mitigate risks. Ensure successful implementation and adoption of program deliverables while balancing multiple high-priority initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Leadership, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex projects, programs, or multi-site/enterprise initiatives
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and workstreams
  • Strong project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience developing executive-level presentations, reporting, and communications
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to balance multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments
  • Expertise in executive communications, governance, and reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and adoption
  • High attention to detail combined with the ability to maintain an enterprise-wide perspective

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience within Human Resources, Talent Operations, Talent Management, Workforce Planning, or HR Technology environments
  • Experience supporting international expansion and/or M&A integrations and/or supporting contingent workforce programs
  • PMO leadership experience
  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or related project management certification
  • Experience working with Workday and HR-related systems
