Job Summary
Talent Producer to identify, pitch, book, and manage digital talent for Jubilee Media’s content formats. You’ll build relationships with influencers, managers, and talent reps; conduct outreach; negotiate terms; coordinate logistics; and collaborate with casting, production, and editorial teams to align talent with episode themes and audience strategy. This role requires deep knowledge of the creator economy, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The team emphasizes staying ahead of internet culture, maintaining brand safety, and driving audience growth through strategic talent opportunities. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 with a hybrid work model in El Segundo, CA.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in talent booking, casting, digital production, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
- Strong understanding of the creator economy and digital media landscape
- Existing relationships with influencers, managers, agents, or talent representatives preferred
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
- Passion for internet culture, storytelling, and creator-driven content
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with creative and production teams
- Experience booking talent for YouTube or digital-first productions is a plus
- Familiarity with audience analytics and social performance trends
- Experience working with talent agencies, management companies, or entertainment studios
- Knowledge of release forms, appearance agreements, and talent logistics
