Job Summary
Develop and maintain the international network of reinsurance partners while building solid relationships with risk carriers through regular communication and deep understanding of their expectations. Place reinsurance programs in compliance with margin and deadline objectives, managing annual renewals and renegotiating financial terms to optimize Seyna's margins and capital. Provide reinsurance partners with necessary documentation on time, including monthly reports, reinsurance accounts, and cash flow streams. Participate in the development of dedicated reinsurance tools and their automation with the Tech team. This role sits within the Reinsurance (Risk Placement) team, acting as the bridge between Seyna and its risk partners. The team collaborates closely with actuarial, legal, and commercial units to construct competitive programs, ensure quality, and guarantee operational follow-through. As part of Seyna's mission to modernize insurance program design and management across six European countries, you will align your work with the company's global strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Tu maîtrises les mécanismes de l'assurance et de la réassurance (produits, processus de placement, données financières et actuarielles)
- Tu as une vraie expertise en négociation et dans la rédaction de rapports et l'analyse de contrats
- Tu t'exprimes couramment en anglais
