Talent Pool Project Coordinator- Contractor - London

Support the Project Manager in developing project plans, defining deliverables, and refining quality assurance procedures while tracking progress and escalating delivery issues. Manage MEL data collection, survey management, and grant outputs through regular progress update meetings with external organizations. Develop draft grant agreements, review budgets and invoices, and foster conflict-sensitive relationships with partners. Facilitate onboarding processes including reference checks and contract management, and oversee the project's online storage and communication channels. Track timesheets, expenses, and recharge rates, while assisting with travel logistics, flight bookings, and vendor relationships for team trips. Organize workshops, conferences, and capacity strengthening events for NGO partners. This role requires UK Security Check clearance and full-time hours with London-based travel three days a week. The position is open to contractors from August 2026 to March 2027, subject to funding, as part of CIR's talent pool for future opportunities in open-source investigations and human rights work.
