Job Summary
Lead strategic AI transformations for C-level stakeholders in insurance and financial services, acting as a key advisory partner for scaling AI service lines and teams. Drive architectural decisions for complex data and AI engineering projects, including legacy replacements and platform transformations, while managing PoCs and implementations in Agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent systems. Provide technical leadership across interdisciplinary project teams, develop high-level business cases and proposals, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks like the EU AI Act and FINMA. Build and nurture long-term client relationships while mentoring internal consulting teams and customer AI ambassadors. Requires 12+ years in IT consulting with 3+ years in AI/ML, deep domain knowledge in insurance or financial services, and fluent German with English proficiency. Based in Zurich or Bern with remote options.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ Jahre Erfahrung in der IT-Beratung oder im Technologieumfeld
