Talent Pool - Evening Practice Assistant

Job Summary
Support the firm's lawyers with administrative tasks including drafting and editing correspondence, updating agreements and documents, translating text, copying materials, and assembling transaction files. Assist with document production, translation, and travel services while ensuring client-facing experiences are world-class. Help maintain environmentally sustainable office operations and adapt to varying schedules as part of a group of 11 Talent Pool members. Work approximately 6-10 hours per week in the evening, starting at 17:00, with potential daytime coverage during summer and Christmas breaks or when other assistants are unavailable. Report to the Office Operations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Juriststudent (law student)
- Bor i Stockholm (resides in Stockholm)
- Läser för närvarande det svenska juristprogrammet (currently studying the Swedish law program)
- Har avklarat T2 (have completed T2)
- Arbetsförmåga på kvällstid (ability to work evening hours)
- Möjlighet att pendla (possibility to commute)
- Arbetsförmåga dagtid vid behov (ability to work during the day if needed)
- Serviceorienterad (service-oriented)
- Tycker om att hjälpa till där det behövs (likes helping where needed)
- Arbetar obehindrat på engelska (works unimpeded in English)

- Betyg från juristprogrammet (grades from law program)
