Job Summary
Talent Pool for a future Business Development Specialist role based in the US (preferably San Francisco) to acquire new business and form strategic partnerships with enterprise merchants, onboard new customers, expand market presence, and collaborate across GTM, product, marketing, merchant success, risk, legal, and finance teams to drive growth and long-term value.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development / strategic sales with global enterprise accounts
- Experience in payments industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and close complex deals
- Experience using Salesforce CRM to manage pipelines
- Experience with HubSpot for campaign tracking and lead nurturing
- Hands-on experience with modern lead generation tools
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable account strategies
- Self-starter with outbound mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
- English language proficiency (additional languages a plus)
