Job Summary
Talent & Performance Manager to design, implement, and optimize performance review processes; develop and manage learning and development programs including leadership training and career pathways; build succession planning frameworks; drive associate engagement and retention; partner with HR and leadership to inform workforce planning and organizational design; analyze performance and engagement data to enable data-driven decisions and improve talent outcomes. Requires partnering with senior leaders, strong coaching and communication skills, and experience using HR data and tools to influence strategic people decisions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in HR, talent management, performance management, or related field
- Strong understanding of performance management frameworks and talent development strategies
- Experience working with senior leaders and influencing decision-making
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred but not required)
