Job Summary
Talent & People Partner leading end-to-end recruiting across multiple portfolio companies (sales, admin, technical) with HR generalist responsibilities as needed; sources pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, referrals, and outbound outreach; coaches hiring managers, improves candidate experience, and integrates AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and interview prep; supports onboarding/offboarding, performance reviews, employee relations, documentation, policy questions, and HR workflows; hybrid role based in Vancouver with in-office collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- experience across sales, admin, and technical hiring
- HR generalist capabilities
- ability to independently manage priorities
- strong communication and relationship-building skills
- comfort with multiple portfolio companies and switching between roles
