Job Summary
Own full-cycle recruiting by managing intake, sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing while building pipelines across multiple roles and markets. Maintain fast response times to applicants, write sharp job descriptions, and keep the ATS clean and current. Execute onboarding to welcome new hires, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate HR admin processes from offer paperwork through offboarding. Support payroll, manage contractor details, and handle ad-hoc projects as the right hand to the HR Director. Leverage AI and automation to optimize manual recruiting workflows. Work US hours (EST) independently with a focus on speed, quality of hire, and pipeline health within a fast-paced, solution-oriented culture.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years in recruitment or a related field
- You've run full-cycle recruiting and closed candidates
- Hiring range. Experience hiring internationally and in the USA
- AI-native or AI-curious
- Builder mindset

- Organized and ATS-fluent
- Available on US hours
- Sharp communicator
- Excellent written and verbal English
