Talent & People Operations Specialist (Remote - Honduras)

Own full-cycle recruiting by sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and closing candidates while maintaining clean ATS data and warm pipelines. Build and manage job descriptions across multiple roles and markets, responding to applicants rapidly to ensure a strong candidate experience. Execute onboarding processes, maintain accurate employee records, and coordinate HR admin from offer paperwork through offboarding. Support payroll accuracy, manage engagement and performance processes, and serve as the first point of contact for employee questions. Leverage AI and automation to optimize manual workflows and take on ad-hoc projects as priorities shift. Work remotely on US hours with direct mentorship from the HR Director, driving metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire while scaling people operations across the portfolio.
