Job Summary
Talent Partner role focusing on highly technical recruitment for semiconductor, hardware manufacturing, and AI/ML disciplines. Responsibilities include delivering contingent recruitment for a specialist client, transitioning to an embedded Talent Partner within the client's organization, partnering with senior technical hiring managers to design tailored recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, building pipelines across hardware and AI disciplines in a competitive market, using data to track progress and inform decisions, and contributing to employer branding and hiring-process improvements. Requires 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, ability to engage passive candidates across niche roles, comfort with contingent models, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and a people-first approach to candidate experience. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years' proven experience recruiting technical talent
- exposure to Engineering or AI/ML hiring desirable

- RPO or embedded experience advantageous
