Job Summary
Lead Japan's talent strategy and organizational development by aligning business and people goals to drive growth. Partner with business leaders to solve organizational challenges, champion transformation, and strengthen leadership capabilities. Execute talent reviews and succession planning to support critical talent retention, while collaborating with global teams on adoption and regional initiatives. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws and risk management. Partner with stakeholders to implement global people projects and foster a culture of engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 大学卒業以上、または同等の実務経験を有する
- Commercial領域におけるTalent PartnerまたはHR Business Partner経験8年以上
- 日本の労働法および人事制度に関する深い知識
- 経営層を含む多様な社内外のステークホルダーとの強固なパートナーシップを構築し、経営層を含むリーダーに対して影響力を発揮できる
- 戦略立案から実行まで一貫して推進し、ビジネスにインパクトをもたらすHRソリューションを提供できる
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
- 日本語:Fluentレベル
- 英語:Business Level(Speaking必須)
- グローバル環境において複数の関係者と協働した経験
