Job Summary
Talent Partner focused on UK Growth hiring, responsible for owning end-to-end recruitment for growth roles across the UK, building pipelines from scratch via outbound sourcing and referrals, and delivering fast, data-driven hiring. You’ll work with hiring managers to align needs, analyze funnel performance, and maintain clean ATS data while leveraging AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, and scheduling. The role sits in the Talent team as a hands-on IC, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager and a team of partners, and requires in-person presence at the London office (Old Street) three days a week.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in talent or recruiting with ownership over hiring for operational roles
- strong outbound sourcing instincts
- experience hiring across multiple roles/teams or markets
- analytical understanding of hiring funnels and ATS workflows
- curiosity about AI tools in sourcing, screening, and scheduling workflows
- clear, compelling communication from outreach to offer
- based in London and able to be in the Old Street office 3 days a week
