Job Summary
Partner with leaders across Risk, Finance, Legal & Technology to manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and provide market insights. Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and leverage employer branding to showcase the company culture. Contribute to workforce planning conversations, recruitment marketing initiatives, and continuous improvement projects to evolve the attraction strategy. Work at pace with volume to navigate competitive talent markets while influencing hiring decisions and shaping future capability.
Required Qualifications
- Experience recruiting across Corporate Services functions
- Ability to work at pace and with volume
- Confidence in navigating competitive talent markets
