Job Summary
Talent Partner on a 3-month contract owning the human relationships at the center of the hiring process. You'll work with recruiters and candidates to make strong connections happen — the trusted human layer behind the experience. Build and own relationships with technical recruiters, walk recruiters through candidate profiles and gather feedback, understand recruiters' live open roles, turn interest into action by connecting recruiters with the right candidates, and capture structured feedback to feed back to the team. This role emphasizes relationship-building, outcomes, and collaboration in an early-stage environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical staffing, recruiting, bench sales, or recruiter-facing sales
- ability to read technical candidate profiles and speak to strengths
- strong relationship-building instincts and comfort initiating recruiter conversations
- persistence and bias toward outcomes
- organized with follow-ups and tracking
- comfort in an early-stage, undefined environment
- contract: 3 months, with potential to extend
