Job Summary
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach. Build and maintain talent pipelines while creating compelling job advertisements and managing conference schedules and leads. Partner closely with recruitment teams to understand hiring priorities and maintain accurate records within applicant tracking systems. Serve as a brand ambassador by delivering a professional candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1-2 years' related experience
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or candidate sourcing
- Experience supporting healthcare recruitment initiatives sourcing clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals
- Advanced knowledge of candidate sourcing methodologies, including Boolean search techniques, social media networking, and passive candidate engagement
- Experience with event coordination and event management
- Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing channels, recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office applications

- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and/or candidate sourcing, preferably within healthcare or other high-volume hiring environments
