Job Summary

Oversee strategic Talent and Organizational Development projects by gathering information, developing plans, managing milestones, and directing ad hoc teams to ensure resource allocation. Provide subject matter expertise for curriculum development, employee engagement, and retention strategies while designing, delivering, and measuring training outcomes through classroom, online, and instructor-led methods. Partner with department leaders to establish program outcomes, influence Bank leaders on T&OD strategy direction, and coordinate communication for annual deliverables across HR units. Serve on system committees and support special initiatives requiring strong project management, change management, and business consulting skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum ten years of experience working in organization development, talent management, or related disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Flexibility and agility to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong proficiency in MS 365 Office Suite
  • You will provide work authorization to prove your eligibility to work in the United States
  • You will be required to complete a background investigation including drug testing as a condition of employment
  • Candidates for positions deemed as safety sensitive will also be drug screened for the presence of marijuana
  • You will provide work authorization to prove your eligibility to work in the United States
