Coordinate end-to-end interviews across time zones and manage complex, multi-stakeholder scheduling. Build AI-augmented workflows for coordination and reporting to enable scale. Deliver a white-glove candidate experience as the primary point of contact through every touchpoint. Maintain accurate candidate records and workflow tracking in the ATS while developing standard operating procedures. Track recruiting metrics including volume, conversion, and time-in-stage. Partner with leadership to streamline processes and offload high-leverage operational tasks. This role sits within RadixArk, an infrastructure-first company building open AI systems for inference and training.
