Job Summary
Talent & Operations Manager will be the second person in a small, high-trust People & Talent function, reporting to the Head of People. You will own end-to-end projects across operations, strategy and execution, including owning defined recruiting efforts, onboarding/offboarding, compliance documentation, benefits research and implementation, and employer branding content. You’ll transform manual processes, build scalable workflows, and collaborate with leadership to craft how roles and culture show up to candidates. The role requires building systems, data-informed decision making, and a bias for rapid iteration in a fast-growth mobility startup environment. Key responsibilities include removing inefficient processes, running end-to-end onboarding/offboarding, managing contracts and compliance across sites, developing evidence-based benefits, shaping job ads and candidate experience, and driving end-to-end ownership of your own recruiting scopes while partnering with the Head of People on senior searches. Must think in systems, work independently, protect sensitive information, and thrive in ambiguity. Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C2) is a hard requirement. Professional-level English.
