Job Summary
Build strong relationships across the Talent team and wider Global business to provide responsive, sensitive service handling employee queries. Guide employees and managers on policies and procedures, then own the onboarding process by managing paperwork, tracking documents, and liaising with Payroll for accurate submissions. Process leavers, manage lifecycle changes like promotions and transfers, monitor absence records, and administer the probation and Right to Work processes. Maintain accurate employee data, coordinate invoices with Finance, and support ad-hoc administration while identifying process improvements. Work 32 hours per week in a fast-paced environment with access to experienced mentors.
Required Qualifications
- A thorough understanding of operational HR processes for system onboarding and lifecycle management
- Some previous experience of working with HRIS/HR systems or databases
- A passion for providing an excellent service to our people
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and maintain accuracy across multiple priorities
- Confident managing day-to-day responsibilities independently, while recognising when to seek guidance or escalate queries
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, embrace change and look for opportunities to improve
- A team player who cares about our collective success as well as their own
- 32 hours per week
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of SuccessFactors is preferred but not essential
