Job Summary
Talent Operations Associate (Contract) at Acorns. Own and support interview scheduling across teams/time zones, serve as a forward-facing representative of the Talent Acquisition team, maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Ashby, support recruiting logistics and contractor hiring workflows, assist with job posting and requisition administration, contribute to process improvements and Talent program logistics, manage junior-level searches, support high-volume hiring needs, and assist with offer and pre-onboarding logistics. Bring 1–2+ years in recruiting coordination or similarly operational roles, with strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and comfort using recruiting tools and Google Workspace. Compensation starts at $35-$40/hour with full benefits and remote-friendly arrangement.
