Job Summary
Editorial Talent Manager responsible for celebrity and talent bookings and entertainment content from ideation to finished product across Condé Nast Germany brands. Manage relationships with publicists, agents, studios, and creators; identify, develop, and secure talent opportunities for editorial features, video productions, events and partnerships; collaborate with Heads of Editorial Content across Vogue Germany, GQ Germany, AD Architectural Digest Germany and Condé Nast Traveller Germany; work within a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day remote) and base in Munich or relocate as needed. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, stay ahead of talent trends, and contribute to talent strategy across digital, print, and video platforms. The role requires an established network in the German entertainment industry and fluency in German and English.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in talent relations, entertainment, media, communications, publishing, PR, artist management or a related field
- Deep knowledge of the German entertainment, media and cultural landscape
- Strong network within the German entertainment industry with relationships to publicists, agents, managers, studios, labels, streaming platforms
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Fluent German and English
