Job Summary
Cast, interview, and train live stream hosts and creators, aligning their skills and personas with the brand's vision. Cultivate relationships within the existing talent pipeline while scouting and nurturing future talents. Lead and motivate a team of Talent Representatives to ensure clients' objectives and targets are met efficiently. Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless integration of talent into content strategies. Develop a comprehensive evaluation and success program for hosts and creators.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as a Talent Manager
- Experience working directly with talent
- Proficiency in leveraging TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
- Detail-oriented
- Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
- Adaptable to evolving priorities
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S.
