Job Summary
Manage the entire recruitment journey for hotel and restaurant roles in Gibraltar, from sourcing to negotiation and administration. Collaborate with department heads to craft strategic staffing plans aligned with business goals, while providing candidate communication and feedback throughout the hiring process. Promote the employer brand via social media, job fairs, and charity partnerships alongside People & Culture colleagues. Uphold ethical practices and legal standards regarding Gibraltar employment law. Requires previous recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and a confident Spanish speaker. Works 39 hours weekly, Monday through Friday.
