Job Summary
Lead HR operations across Portugal and other European countries while sourcing top IT experts and software developers in South Europe and LATAM. Manage the full candidate journey and onboarding processes, ensuring recruitment workflows remain optimized. Develop and execute engagement plans, including events and team-building activities, to cultivate a fun employee experience and open feedback culture. Handle administrative HR tasks such as labor law compliance, payroll, contract administration, and internal reporting. Maintain the employer brand as a key culture ambassador while driving professional development in an international environment.
Required Qualifications
- Lead the HR within Portugal and other European countries
- Source the most talented IT experts and Software Developpers in South Europe and LATAM
- Responsible for candidate journey and Onboardings
- Ensure candidate journey for recruitment process is upkept and optimised
- Develop and communicate the employer brand as a key culture ambassador
- Plan, develop and follow up on the engagement plan, events and team buildings
- Develop and manage a brilliant and fun employee experience
- Continue to boost an open feedback & communication culture
- Admin HR management tasks such as: compliance with labour law, health and safety standards, payroll, contract administration, internal reporting, employee benefits, etc
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or a similar area
- Experience in IT Recruitment (+ 2 years)
- Fluent in English
- Good communicator
- Proactive, motivated & driven
Desired Qualifications
- French is a plus
