Job Summary

Deliver exceptional management services that drive value for creators and brands by guiding growth strategies aligned with personal brand goals. Elevate the creator experience through collaboration, innovation, and cross-functional work with sales, influencer, and accounts teams to deliver seamless campaigns. Represent the agency at industry events, networking opportunities, and panels to build reputation, staying ahead of trends to proactively attract high-demand talent. Demonstrate leadership within the department while securing impactful partnerships through contract negotiation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or related fields within the creator economy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with talent, brands, and stakeholders
- Proven track record of managing talent and securing impactful brand partnerships
- Strong background in executing creator-led campaigns and partnerships with brands
- Expertise in negotiating contracts and securing win-win deals for creators and brands
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Twitch, including algorithms, audience behavior, and trends
- Strong team player who can work across departments to drive results
- Strong understanding of leadership, problem solving, and forward thinking to tackle complicated tasks
