Talent Manager (Latin America)

Job Summary
Lead and shape CAS's Talent function in Latin America from a 100% remote, full-time leadership position. Own recruitment strategy and end-to-end lifecycle, build pipelines for recurring roles, and design programs to help staffers grow and stay. Partner with department heads on hiring plans, align HR/Operations policies with talent objectives, and bring data discipline to time-to-hire, retention, and performance trends. Responsible for team leadership of the Talent group, setting goals, mentoring, and developing the next leader while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture. Demonstrates a track record of strategic, data-driven recruitment and staffer success initiatives, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. The role emphasizes permanent remote work and leadership-level compensation consideration, with a focus on building scalable talent systems and sustainable retention in a fast-growing organization.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment leadership and employee success/engagement leadership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence across levels
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
- Data-driven with metrics-informed decisions
- Experience leading and developing a team
- Comfortable working with data — KPIs, dashboards, retention analyses
- Confident written and spoken English
- Relevant experience in staffing, outsourcing, or BPO environments (nice to have)
- Experience scaling talent functions in a fast-growing company (nice to have)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Workable) (nice to have)
