Job Summary
Talent Managers at Robert Half are responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients within the accounting and finance sectors. They engage in recruiting and interviewing candidates for finance and accounting positions, manage ongoing engagements while ensuring excellent customer service, and guide candidates in their career progression. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and relevant experience in finance or accounting, as well as skills in business development and knowledge of relationship management tools.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred.
- 1+ years finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment.
- At least one year with success in developing new business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker environment.
- Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
Desired Qualifications
- Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.
- Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium-sized businesses.
- Knowledge and familiarity with accounting and finance department operations.
