Job Summary
Talent Manager (Contract Finance & Accounting) in San Jose, CA, responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients, marketing services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers in accounting/finance; recruiting, interviewing, and matching accounting and finance professionals with contract assignments and contract-to-full-time opportunities; managing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates; providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates; and participating in local trade associations and networking events to raise Robert Half’s presence in the local business community.
Required Qualifications
- Accounting/Finance/Business Administration degree preferred
- 1+ years finance, accounting, or banking experience preferred
- 2+ years’ experience with Business Development in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience with multi-call, multi-decision maker environments
- Proven success marketing to and closing top-level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and Salesforce or similar CRM
- Knowledge of accounting and finance department operations
