Job Summary
Lead firmwide talent strategy and programs, partnering with senior leadership to design and execute initiatives across the full employee lifecycle—from recruiting through development and retention. Lead high-potential and leadership development initiatives, build scalable systems to support managers and teams, and use data and insights to continuously improve talent development. Collaborate with CHRO and senior leaders to achieve measurable organizational impact, shaping programs from conception to implementation and driving growth and continuous improvement in the firm’s people strategy.
