Job Summary
Develop and execute talent management strategies while managing internal mobility processes for Rakuten Mobile's global teams. Plan initiatives to promote career development, optimize talent through data analysis, and review organizational structures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate cross-functional projects, including self-assessment surveys and job posting programs. Handle employee movements involving transfers, secondments, and overseas assignments. Support diverse career paths for specialized roles such as network engineers and operations professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR, organizational development, talent management, or a related field
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and new challenges
- Experience working collaboratively in a team and ability to partner effectively with other departments
- Basic Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic arithmetic required)
- Basic PowerPoint skills
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in project planning, execution, and management
- Ability to analyze issues and propose and implement effective solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with people from diverse backgrounds (e.g., nationality, religion, gender)
- Strong communication skills with senior leadership and other stakeholders
- HR-related certifications (e.g., Health Officer certification)
- TOEIC 800 or above (or proof of an equivalent English qualification/level, or proof of a bachelor's degree or higher from an English-speaking country)
