Talent Management Specialist

Lead the day-to-day execution and ongoing enhancement of the early career program to build a strong leadership pipeline across the division. Collaborate with business leaders to manage talent programs, using data to drive continuous improvement in how talent is identified, developed, and measured. Design meaningful development experiences that support future business leaders while gaining exposure to leaders across multiple businesses and functional areas. This role combines talent management, program design, business partnership, and continuous improvement within the Transportation & Logistics divisional team.
