Talent Management Specialist

Design and manage District-wide talent programs maximizing workforce potential, competency, and staff retention. Build robust systems for succession planning, competency modeling, and performance evaluations while administering talent processes and analyzing workforce data to identify trends. Partner with operational leaders, HR, and stakeholders to coordinate performance management cycles, goal setting, and the KPI bonus incentive program. Facilitate talent reviews to identify high-potential employees, create competency frameworks for internal mobility, and develop e-learning courses addressing skill gaps. Ensure all talent practices comply with organizational policies and employment regulations.
