Job Summary
Review and monitor Integrated Talent Management processes, including goal setting, performance assessments, and succession planning. Develop succession charts, manage UltiPro data, and support Talent Review and developmental assessments. Coordinate logistics for leadership development programs, vendor management, and expense reporting. Analyze talent data to identify trends, create visual reports, and respond to data requests. Draft internal communications, present to executive committees, and maintain consistency across all messaging channels. Upload HRIS data to recognition platforms and support the annual engagement survey process. Manage program budgets and onboarding payments for new suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IO Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or Business
- 3+ years' experience and demonstrated success as a human resources professional
- Direct experience supporting global talent management projects (performance management and succession planning)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Experience participating in teams, influencing leaders and collaborating across the enterprise
- Experience in process, organization, change and/or learning improvement
- Experience in competency management
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and consultative skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Strong leadership and project management abilities throughout the talent management process
- Strong problem solving and attention to detail
- Strong communication, presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
- Skilled in data analysis and HR metrics
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of HRIS systems, including modules used for performance evaluation, succession planning, compensation planning and team member development
- Comfort using advanced functions in surveying tools like Survey Monkey
