Job Summary
Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple open positions by proactively sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates while maintaining timely communication with hiring managers. Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through networking and relationship-building, then partner with managers to understand talent needs and evaluate recruiting initiatives for continuous improvement. Oversee the new hire onboarding process to ensure a consistent employee experience and administer the Learning Management System to deliver training programs. Serve as an HR resource for employee relations, documentation, and conflict resolution while ensuring all practices comply with applicable employment laws. Maintain accurate job descriptions and develop training materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience, including meaningful responsibility for recruiting and onboarding
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple open positions and partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Experience with employee onboarding and talent management programs
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HCM/HRIS, applicant tracking, or learning management systems
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and meet deadlines
- Strong business acumen and ability to build effective relationships across the organization
Desired Qualifications
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Experience working in a multi-state environment
- Experience with UKG Ready
- Experience supporting employees and managers in a fast-paced, project-driven, creative, production, or professional services environment
- Experience developing training content or facilitating employee and manager training
