Job Summary
Own Nuro's onboarding experience end to end, from content and communications to systems and success metrics. Run both performance review cycles each year, including timeline management, calibration groupings, and training. Build and deliver learning and leadership development programs while consulting with People and business leaders on specific organizational needs. Drive AI adoption across non-technical teams through change management, training, communications, and enablement like an AI Learning Series and playbooks. Own engagement programs and the measurement layer across all initiatives, utilizing goals, metrics, and feedback loops to evaluate effectiveness. This strategic, cross-functional role supports the execution of Nuro's AI strategy and universal autonomy platform by partnering with stakeholders to design scalable programs that support employee and business success.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience in HR, Talent Management, Learning and Development, Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Strategic thinking
