Job Summary
Codify and evolve Notion's talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, and career development into practical tools and operating mechanisms. Co-build the programmatic talent engine that supports People Partners by developing playbooks, manager guides, and decision frameworks to ensure expectations are clear and actionable. Design self-service strategies to enable talent density, empowering leaders to identify, engage, and retain high-slope talent while strengthening the internal leadership bench. Lead fluid, high-leverage projects such as early career enablement, total rewards exploration, and role architecture evolution to align talent systems with the AI-native future of work.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management strategies and programs (e.g. performance, talent reviews, succession planning, career architecture, or related initiatives)
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change without formal authority
- Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools, frameworks, and operating mechanisms
- Strong business acumen and organizational judgment, with the ability to connect talent decisions to company outcomes
- Excitement for reimagining talent management in an AI-native world
- Intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work
