Job Summary
Senior Talent Management & Executive Development Consultant responsible for coordinating end-to-end leadership talent processes for the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, including performance goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, calibration sessions, and leadership succession and resiliency planning. Partners with the CAO, Head of Talent Management & Development, Head of Talent Practices, and HR Business Partners to align talent priorities and prepare executive talent discussions. Delivers polished executive-ready materials (presentations, briefing documents, data summaries) and translates complex inputs into concise narratives for senior audiences. Focuses on governance, accuracy, and follow-through across the annual leadership talent calendar, with an emphasis on clarity, efficiency, and actionable insights. Exhibits strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and an ownership mindset in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, while maintaining discretion with confidential talent data. Hybrid work model described, balancing time between office and home.
