Develop and execute Talent Management processes including performance cycles, promotion windows, and feedback triggers while ensuring contractual deadlines and stakeholder alignment. Lead end-to-end projects such as compensation matrices and job descriptions, managing planning, execution, and progress reporting. Act as a Peakon engagement specialist to launch surveys, generate reports, and create materials for stakeholders, while conducting market research to benchmark best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement tools and identify strategic improvements. Facilitate internal English training sessions and manage vendor relationships for talent initiatives.
