Lead projects such as Compensation Matrices and Job Descriptions from planning through execution, while managing engagement tools like Peakon for survey launches and reporting. Conduct market research, benchmark best practices, and search for suitable vendors for Talent Management initiatives. Facilitate internal training sessions in English and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project progress.
