Talent Management & Employee Experience - Intern

Support the coordination and execution of the MyVoice internal climate survey project. Act as a key connector between regional management teams and diverse local entities to drive employee voices and organizational change across Europe, Africa, Middle East, and India. Assist in preparatory phases, monitor participation and data collection during the active survey, and help gather, organize, and structure post-survey data and action plans through year-end. Collaborate closely with survey project managers, maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, prepare tracking documents and status updates, and assist the Program Manager in preparing regional presentations and summary reports for HR leaders. English is the primary language for daily interactions; strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, data organization, and a collaborative approach are essential. Familiarity with digital collaboration platforms and data visualization tools is a plus.
