Job Summary

Lead the execution and continuous improvement of enterprise Talent Management programs, including performance management, talent and succession planning, career development, and workforce skills initiatives. Partner with HR Business Partners, People Team Centers of Excellence, Analytics, HR Technology, and business leaders to deliver integrated solutions. Provide strategic consultation, analyze workforce data to drive insights, and develop executive-level presentations and dashboards. Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, and cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and technology adoption. Advance skills-based organization strategies and stay informed on emerging trends to enhance the leader and employee experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience
  • Experience leading enterprise Talent Management programs, workforce transformation, or organizational change initiatives
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and relationship management skills with the ability to influence leaders across all organizational levels
  • Experience using workforce data and analytics to develop insights and recommendations that support business decisions
  • This is an office-based role with an expectation of three days per week on-site in Irving, TX

Desired Qualifications

  • Relevant degree preferred in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • advanced degree preferred
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, analysis, and content development
  • Experience with Workday or similar Human Capital Management systems
