Job Summary
Talent Management Data Analyst at Guidehouse will serve as a strategic data advisor for data management, governance, and analytics within a human-resources focused environment, strengthening data quality, accessibility, and data-informed decision-making for the client. Responsibilities include consolidating and standardizing HR datasets, identifying HR trends for leadership, developing governance documentation and templates, designing dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for diverse users, advising on data policies and standards, promoting data literacy, coordinating with stakeholders, and responding to high-visibility HR data requests for senior audiences. Required experience includes an active SECRET clearance, four years of relevant data analytics and visualization experience, and proficiency with Tableau/Power BI to build dashboards; desired experience includes state department or international agency exposure, HR function support, strong communication, and Python/R familiarity.
