Job Summary
Talent, Leadership Development & Project Manager responsible for defining, piloting, and deploying talent acquisition, leadership development, career management, and organizational transformation programs. Drives talent-attraction strategy, employer branding, recruitment, onboarding, and skill development; oversees talent development processes (skills plans, people reviews, succession planning, internal mobility, performance reviews, evaluations); develops and deploys leadership programs and managerial coaching; supports managers in team development and employee journeys; contributes to cultural transformation and change management; leads cross-functional HR projects on engagement, diversity & inclusion, employee experience, performance, well-being, and motivation; may take on HR generalist initiatives locally or globally; maintains awareness of Talent Management trends and AI applications in HR; requires Master-level education with experience in international/matrix environments and strong leadership, influence, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in HR processes (recruitment, training, talent management, mobility, performance, engagement, leadership development) and tools (SIRH, LMS); good business sense and ability to translate business needs into concrete HR actions; strong English skills.
