Job Summary
As Talent Intelligence Lead, shape workforce strategy and ensure operational excellence by managing a team of Workforce Analysts, maintaining accurate workforce data, driving capacity forecasting, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Responsibilities include maintaining the master workforce roster and individual profiles, producing weekly capacity and availability reports, developing monthly workforce health dashboards, tracking bench time, conducting market benchmarking on skill supply and compensation trends, developing 60–90 day pipeline forecasting models, managing workforce data systems and data quality, and supporting Sales and Marketing with workforce data for pitches and materials. Fluency in English and authorization to work in the Philippines required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, HR, statistics, or a related field
- Experience in workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and recurring reporting for leadership
- Proven track record of managing and developing analysts
- Strong ownership of workforce data management and data quality standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and BI/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker)
- Experience translating workforce data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
- Experience handling cross-functional stakeholder data requests and delivering outputs to agreed SLAs
- Fluent English proficiency and authorization to work in the Philippines
