Job Summary
Conduct full-cycle recruitment, compile and maintain employee records, and complete background checks for all staff. Lead open enrollment, oversee benefit packages, and analyze workforce data to develop recommendations supporting district goals. Guide instructional staff through the New York State certification process while monitoring compliance with federal, state, and Board policies. Assist with implementing wellness programs, benefits initiatives, and employee engagement strategies. Complete other duties as assigned by the Chief Talent Officer. This twelve-month, full-time exempt role requires weekend or evening work and travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree program
- 5 years of Human Resources or Recruitment experience
