Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of strategic talent initiatives, overseeing recruitment processes and talent management projects to meet organizational goals. Manage a team of HR professionals while leveraging service provider expertise to optimize service delivery and maintain cost-effectiveness within the budget. Champion the integration of AI and digital tools in talent processes, maintain critical role pipelines, and manage new hire onboarding. Deliver tailored HR solutions that exceed client expectations while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or related fields
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in recruitment field
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, ensuring high performance and collaboration
- Ability to tailor HR solutions to meet client needs, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost optimization, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of AI tools and digital transformation trends to optimize HR processes
- Experience designing and implementing leadership programs, succession planning, and talent pipelines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Previous experience in Saudi market is a plus
