Job Summary
Talent Engineer / AI Automation role focused on building scalable AI-driven sourcing and analytics systems for Talent Partners. Responsible for creating AI-powered sourcing agents, developing reusable workflows, prototyping and shipping automation, and establishing real-time funnel dashboards and data pipelines across tools like Team Tailor, Juic ebox / PeopleGPT, Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn/Gmail/Slack/Notion. The role emphasizes expanding research surface (not candidate conversations or hiring decisions), with open budget for experimentation, and collaboration with Talent Partners, Operations, and C-level to embed AI into the recruiting process. Requires hands-on AI/automation experience, API literacy, light Python, English at B2+ level, and 20-30 hours/week to start; prior recruiting/sourcing exposure and a public-facing AI tooling footprint are a plus.
