Job Summary

Talent Enablement & Experience Program Manager to shape Patagonia's hiring practices by translating talent needs into scalable, self-serve systems and workflows. Lead cross-functional collaboration across talent teams to improve hiring workflows and experiences, with emphasis on reducing bias and ensuring inclusive candidate experiences. Translate processes into scalable solutions within platforms such as Workday, Paradox, and related tools; partner with People Technology to evolve intuitive, sustainable systems; support agile planning and cross-functional coordination.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, talent operations, people operations, or a related field
  • Experience translating business processes into scalable systems and workflows
  • Experience working with Workday, Paradox, and Criteria
  • Experience with AI-driven tools or platforms like Microsoft Copilot or similar
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional programs
  • Ability to design scalable workflows that improve hiring experiences
  • Strong collaboration across teams including HRIS/People Technology
  • Experience in high-volume hiring environments preferred
  • Hiring Range alignment with company market benchmarks
